The Dutch midfielder grim officially signed a contract extension with a duration of three seasons. With the brand-new deal, De Jong will defend Milan until 2018.
"Nigel De Jong to stay with us until June 30, 2018," the official statement Milan through networking Twitter account as reported by Football Italia website, Friday (26/6).
De Jong brought Milan from Manchester City in the 2012 season ago. Until now, De Jong has defended the city rivals Inter Milan in 81 games in all competitions.
Earlier, De Jong continues to be associated with many European teams. In addition to Manchester United, Schalke and Ajax Amsterdam also had to queue to get the signature of the 30-year player.
