Women's World Cup champions since 1991

Women's World Cup 2015 in Canada is the 7th edition of the official championship of the FIFA agenda.

Canada chosen after removing the other candidates, who withdrew as a candidate Zimbabwe host in 2011.

Since digekar 1991, the new Women's World Cup held in six countries, which the United States has twice hosted namely in 1999 and 2003.

Of 7 times performances, Women's World Cup led to four countries that became champions. They are the United States, Germany, Norway and Japan.

Together with the World Cup (men), Women's World Cup was also attended by all the confederations under FIFA: Oceania (OFC), Europe (UEFA), North, Central America and the Caribbean (CONCACAF), South America (CONCACAF), Asia (AFC), and Africa (CAF).
