Jokowi Must Learn from Experience Soeharto to Manage Food People

JAKARTA - Executive Director of Indo Barometer M Qodari welcomed plans Joko Widodo who want issued Presidential Decree (Decree) on the Establishment and Storage Requirements Goods.

According Qodari, there are 14 basic goods which will be the focus of government control. Well, this regulation will be the instrument of the government to control the availability and price stability.

"What will the President Jokowi was very important, because the issue of the availability and price of food is a major issue that people complain in a national survey conducted Indo Barometer," said Qodari, in Jakarta, Tuesday (16/6).

In addition, the problem of the availability and price of basic foods become the biggest variable that lowers satisfaction on Jokowi-JK administration. In addition to groceries, Jokowi-JK also terjegal legal issues.

"President Jokowi should learn from the experience of the administration of President Soekarno and President Soeharto in managing people's food," said Qodari.
